You love me too much to let my faith grow cold
Your plans and purposes may still be untold
How can I lose sight of You when things are tough
That's when I need You more when the road is rough
Your ways are sovereign and upon that truth so holy
I place my trust and put my hope faithfully
And through these times You're strengthening me
When at my weakest, that's when I can see
I will learn to rest and cast my burdens, everything
Your peace descends and passes all understanding
I rejoice because You are the God of my salvation
I thank You for Your great love and Your redemption
